Course Classification:

Georgia Real Estate Broker Continuing Education (3 Hours CE)

Course Description

The Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRETA), found in O.C.G.A. Title 10, Chapter 6A, establishes the legal framework governing agency relationships between real estate brokers, clients, and customers in Georgia. While the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) regulates licensure requirements under O.C.G.A. Title 43, Chapter 40, BRRETA defines the duties, disclosures, obligations, and liabilities associated with brokerage representation in daily real estate practice.
