About the event

In an industry increasingly influenced by automation, artificial intelligence, and instant information, brokers must remember that technology does not replace professional judgment, ethical leadership, or legal responsibility. This course reinforces the importance of “Actual Intelligence”—the wisdom, discernment, accountability, and leadership required to operate a compliant brokerage under Georgia Real Estate License Law.

Through real-world brokerage scenarios, advertising compliance analysis, AI-generated risk examples, and leadership discussions, participants will examine how emerging technologies impact supervision, advertising, agency relationships, documentation practices, and consumer protection obligations. The course emphasizes that while AI tools may assist brokerage operations, only licensed brokers possess the legal authority and fiduciary responsibility to supervise licensees, interpret risk, and ensure compliance with Georgia law.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Identify Georgia advertising requirements under Rule 520-1-.09 and O.C.G.A. § 43-40-25.

2. Analyze risks associated with AI-generated advertising, automated communications, and unsupervised technology…
